The pool was closed, which we weren't informed about until check-in, disappointing the kids. Our room was tight, with little space between furniture. The elevators felt rickety. I avoided them whenever possible. The staff seemed overwhelmed, especially during peak times. The valet service was slow, and I experienced long waits when trying to retrieve our car. The positives were the friendly bell staff who were incredibly helpful, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. However, the check-in experience was less than welcoming. the front desk staff could have been a bit warmer in their approach. In the lobby, it felt crowded due to the Starbucks taking up much of the space, making it hard to chat with others. With more communication about the renovations and better staffing during busy times, this place could shine more brightly.

The fitness center was one of the best equipped I have seen in years with all new machines and lots of space to move around and the room I stayed in was clean comfortable like a refuge after the long days of meetings
